Mythica: The Center for World Mythology and Human Journey is a 21st century interactive public attraction currently in the planning and development phase. MYTHICA will combine immersive multimedia environments with interactive exhibits to create a unique experience for visitors of all ages. It is part of The Bridges of Saint Paul: a mixed-use site which is now in development, located on the banks of the Mississippi River in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Who are we? Where do we come from? Why are we here? Where are we going?
These questions have been part of the human experience for thousands of years. Throughout the ages, our collective human response to these questions has resulted in the rich tapestry of interconnected stories, images, rituals, events and symbols that we call world mythology.
Mythica: The Center for World Mythology and Human Journey is about the continuing story of our species and the challenges of living in these times. The engaging stories of mythology reflect heroic experiences and penetrating insights handed down to us from culture to culture and from generation to generation. By telling these stories in many ways, we can rediscover this wisdom and apply it to the many challenges that we now face. As we continue our journey, we can use what we've learned from to create our own mythology for our own time.
